The new modern seafood menu will include a new à la carte evening menu and three seafood BBQ buffets a week.
Stand-out dishes from the à la carte evening menu include a Summer Salad with soft shell crab, a sumptuous Chilled Ocean Sampler, Alaskan King Crab Tacos, Hokkaido Sea Scallops with Smoked Bacon and a Phuket Asian Paella. There will also be non-seafood options like a Wagyu fillet mignon. And if that wasn’t enough, to finish off the new desert menu includes irresistible additions of Key Lime Pie, a Classic Red Velvet Cake and a Brownie Sundae.
The daytime menu will now include a salad bar and an extended list of starters and sandwiches, including a ‘Mexican Shrimp Cocktail’, as well as XANA’s favourite and signature dishes like the ‘XANA No Rules Burger’.
The indulgent seafood BBQ buffet, which will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, will feature new seafood stations with Atlantic oysters, king crab, octopus and sushi & sashimi, as well as a soft shell crab and a scallop tempura station.
