Diners can order these edible enjoyments non-stop until dinner begins at 6pm and continues until last orders around 10pm nightly.

Begin the evening in the Wine Cellar. Open for lunch as well, the eight-seat intimate escape holds 700 bottles of new and old world red, rosé and white wines including organic and biodynamic labels. Dinner at DiVine will delight all palates. Phuket’s own seafood features prominently, starting with Andaman prawns, green onion and dill millefeuille with asparagus and mango salsa, drizzled in vanilla butter sauce. Vegetarians may begin with organic beetroot and feta cheese ravioli salad. Soups will be a popular option, from warm organic tomato soup with a drop of fresh whipped cream and served with pesto bread to chilled gazpacho with cucumber and basil.

Thanyamundra’s free range organic chicken gets roasted and marinated with grilled vegetable tabouli in a coriander and mint dressing while serious meat lovers will want to order the rack of lamb roasted with rosemary and garlic potato purée or the braised beef brisket served with sweet corn, bacon frittata and buttered bok choy. Deep fried squid with pineapple, capsicum and sweet and sour sauce is a standout among the Asian flavours while those in search of true comfort food will delight in the classic spaghetti pomodoro basilica.

Do save room for the daily homemade cakes and ice cream flavours from the traditional chocolate, vanilla and rum raisin to modern sweet treats like green tea and tiramisu.
