The magnificent property is run today by Hubert de Boüard de Laforest who presented the wines of this exceptional estate at the Boathouse.
A multiple award-winning restaurant with a magnificent wine cellar and spectacular seafront view the Boathouse Wine & Grill has been honoured with Wine Spectator awards since 1995. This August yet again, the Boathouse was distinguished with the even more prestigious ‘Best of Awards of Excellence’, as the only establishment in Thailand for the fifth consecutive year.
Boathouse Wine & Grill’s Executive Chef Jean-Noel Lumineau, Thailand’s only Maitre Cuisinier de France, was in charge of this special event, his first wine dinner at the Boathouse since his appointment early November.
Chef Lumineau and Mom Tri’s Wine Director Georges Ciret devised the delicious 5-course gala dinner menu to complement the superb wines of Château Angélus especially selected for this evening of gastronomic delight.
Dining guests exclaimed their appreciation of the dinner and the fantastic wines professionally served by the Boathouse waiters.
