‘The 9th Floor’ culinary schedule

THE 9th FLOOR
In order to plan your culinary schedule for 4 Aug 2010 – 11 Aug 2010. THE 9th FLOOR would like to make the following suggestions.

STARTER

  • Crab meat salad with pomelo and prosciutto wrapped scallops with Dijon vinaigrette
  • Ricotta, spinach, cannelloni with roasted prawns and tomato meuniere

SOUP

  • Russian soup with beetroot, dill and sour cream

MAIN DISH

  • Home made ravioli with lobster and white truffle
  • Chicken schnitzel with mozzarella
  • Water cress pesto vegetable layer cake and french fries
  • Wagyu beef tenderloin with porcini – or mushroom truffle oil sauce and gratin potato

RECOMMENDED WINE’s

  • Sauvignon Blanc Schuber 2007, New Zealand Pazzo Sangiovese 2004, California
