Black Truffle Menu Presented at Bodega & Grill RestaurantExecutive Chef Mirko Cappa’s brings Mediterranean fare from his home town through Bodega & Grill with black truffle promotion. This 3-course menu is running from now until 20th of January.

This delightful new promotion features a clever mix of meat, fish and tasty accompaniments all topped off with expertly prepared black truffle additions. Imported from Apulia in the southern of Italy, the black truffle used for the dishes are the finest that can be found.

To warm up the palette, Yellow Fin tuna & Scallops Carpaccio complimented with Micro Greens, Pomegranate and Black Truffle Dressing will offer the perfect start to the menu. To end the meal on a sweet note the third course offers a Sicilian Cannolo, originating from the Palermo region of Italy, carefully infused with Crispy Espresso and filled with Sweet Ricotta Cheese, Dried Fruits and Cinnamon Sauce.
