- Banana shrimp 400 grams
- Wheat flour 2 teaspoons
- Granulated sugar 1 teaspoons
- Soya sauce 2 teaspoons
- Pepper 1/2 teaspoons
- Sesame oil
- Chopped Garlic
How to make it
- Mix flour, baking powder and water into a runny batter.
- Season the prawns with soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and garlic, mix them in the batter.
- Deep fried them until golden brown.
- Serve hot
