As usual from Chef Ramsay’s cookbooks, the recipes are well written,easy to follow, and have great pictures.

What are my favorites from the Kitchen Heaven book? One thing that I make most often is the brocolli soup recipe – so simple but has an amazing taste.

Gordon’s recipe uses fresh broccoli and you put soft goat cheese and almonds on the top of the soup. An amazing combination.

Other stand out recipes are the Butternut Squash Pizza, Gordon’s Fish Pie, Chicken Casserole,and Braised Beef Shank. For dessert try the Hot Chocolate Fondant – a perfect chocolate dessert with a light sponge with a melting chocolate center.

There is also a great Just For Kids section – perfect to get the children interested in cooking.
