Angel hair pasta tossed with Phuket seafood and tomato sauce

Recipe – Angel hair pasta tossed with Phuket seafood and tomato sauce (Spaghetti d’Angelo ai frutti di mare)

Ingredient :

  • 120 g. Angel hair pasta
  • 15 g. Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 g. garlic chopped
  • 0.2 g. dry chili
  • 1 g. Italian parsley
  • 40 g. red snapper
  • 40 g. squid
  • 40 g. New Zeeland  mussel
  • 60 g. prawn
  • 30 g. cherry tomato
  • 40 ml. white wine
  • 100 g. tomato sauce

Preparation:

In a saucepan put 1 liter of water and 1 tablespoon salt to a boil, will serve to cook Angel hair. In a fry pan extra virgin oil, chopped garlic, chili cut in to small cubes red snapper squid, add prawn, mussels cherry tomatoes, add parsley  salt black pepper and white wine.

Cook for 1 minute, add the tomato sauce and finish cooking for 4 minutes. Take Angel hair in boiling water and cook about 4 minutes. Drain the water, pour the Angel hair in the pan with the sauce . Served with Italian parsley for decoration.
