Special vegetarian menus are being created throughout October 2013 by The Westin Siray Bay’s Executive Sous Chef Yab, Han Wei to celebrate the annual vegetarian festival, available at their EEST Restaurant.

Thod Man Kao Phod, Deep-fried corn cake served with plum sauce
Tom Kha Hed, Mushroom soup in coconut milk
Massamun Curry, Potato, sweet potato and vegetables massamun curry in coconut milk with roasted peanut
Tao Hoo Sam Rod, Deep-fried soft tofu with vegetables in spicy three-flavour sauce
