This 10-day festival starts on the 15th of October and brings with it an abundance of weird and wonderful performances and unexpected offerings.
Angsana Laguna Phuket’s Sous Chef Prasong Thaochan is hosting a 10-day Thai style, family menu at Baan Talay, the house on the water is famously located within the grounds of Angsana Laguna Phuket. The menu features such delights as Yam Phak Boong Krob that consists of Crispy Fried Morning Glory with Lemon and Chilli Sauce, Tofu Priew Waan, Deep Fried Soft Tofu & Vegetables in Sweet and Sour Sauce and Tom Yam Hed which is a Spicy Mushroom Soup with Thai Herbs.
