Phuket’s Angsana Laguna’s Chef Prasong hosts very own Festival MenuDuring the ninth lunar month of each year Phuket plays host to the Vegetarian festival where local Phuket residents with Chinese Ancestry will strictly observe a 10-day vegetarian diet that is thought to bring good fortune and health to those who fulfill the ritual. This 10-day festival starts on the 15th of October and brings with it an abundance of weird and wonderful performances and unexpected offerings.

Angsana Laguna Phuket’s Sous Chef Prasong Thaochan is hosting a 10-day Thai style, family menu at Baan Talay, the house on the water is famously located within the grounds of Angsana Laguna Phuket. The menu features such delights as Yam Phak Boong Krob that consists of Crispy Fried Morning Glory with Lemon and Chilli Sauce, Tofu Priew Waan, Deep Fried Soft Tofu & Vegetables in Sweet and Sour Sauce and Tom Yam Hed which is a Spicy Mushroom Soup with Thai Herbs.
