PHUKET, Thailand, April 2, 2011 – Twinpalms, Phuket’s Most Exciting & Stylish Contemporary Hospitality Group, is getting ready to open a sizzling new addition to its repertoire of acclaimed eateries. Opening this June, FLAME will offer Phuket’s resident and visiting gastro-pleasure seekers some hot new flavours and the island’s first Garden Rotisserie.

TwinpalmsSet adjacent to BAKE Cherng Talay, the stylish cafe-bakery that has drawn in a bevy of bread-loving fans since its opening last year, FLAME will satisfy those craving something at the more savoury end of the spectrum. Among the enticing menu items are wood-fired oven pizzas, a range of roasts including chicken, baby pork ribs and beef ribs served with salad and French fries, kebabs stuffed with chicken, beef and lamb fresh off the spit, and a nice choice of beers to wash it all down.

FLAME’s attractive open-style building will offer a tantalising chance to see the chef in action preparing the perfectly seasoned dishes, which can be picked up and enjoyed in the shaded patio space next door or in BAKE’s air-conditioned interior.

FLAME will be open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 hrs., with take away and home delivery available for those who prefer to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their own home or hotel room, or have a bite with colleagues at the office.

  1. Flame ..what a ripoff. Even by Laguna standards this takes beating. Called late evening with everything off except pizza. Ordered two 12″. Given prices and that there were also 8″ and 10″ options I assumed this to be more than a enough. Boy what a disappointment. I’ll just say that the experience left me feeling I had been mugged. Not only was the pizza very ordinary, the toppings were modest prepared with less than adequate care by two playful chefs. My sons base had partially rolled over on itself so that it was not wholly cooked. With little change out of thb900 for two takeaway pizzas this is not an experience I will repeat. My son threatened only half jokingly to prepare himself a snack to fill the void after consuming his 12″. Clearly a venture not aimed at repeat business.
