About the Chef
Chef Pairoj has spent 27 years developing his skills and adapting locally found ingredients, from around the world, to make Thai food. In his 27 years as a chef he has worked at a number of five-star hotels both in Thailand and abroad, and has groomed himself to become an expert who is able to prepare more than 300 dishes. One of the reasons he has always enjoyed cooking Thai food is he believes it is part of his own self, a part of his roots. Also, the ability to adapt different techniques and ingredients into his cooking reflects his personality because he enjoys learning and trying new things all the time.
