Profusion Flavours @ the Poolside Bar & Restaurant – Cape sienna Phuket

The Poolside Bar & Restaurant offers 100 – 300 seats for a casual daytime dining experience with a restaurant and bar by the pool and lounge area to relax and chill-out in comfort. The multi-cuisine restaurant offers a profusion of flavors from Oriental and International Cuisines. The Poolside Bar & Restaurant and surrounding sun decks can be enjoyed with a light snack and refreshments.

The Poolside Bar & Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, daytime snacks and a casual dinning experience.

You can dine with a variety of foods styles each and everyday.Mondays are “Mediterranean Night.” Enjoy a sumptuous buffet with many specialties from around the Mediterranean Sea, expertly prepared by Chef Francesco.

Thursdays are“Thai Night” An authentic Thai Buffet with all the dishes the kingdom of Thailand is famous for awaits you.
Saturdays “All you can eat pizza and pasta buffet” Enjoy all you favorite pizzas and pastas.

EverydayPizza and Beer” Choose your favorite pizza accompanied by a local beer of your choice all day long!

The Phuketindex team had an opportunity to taste a small selection from the extensive food menu available at The Poolside Bar and Restaurant. The dishes selected for us were:

1. Burrata cheese served with cherry tomato marinated in olive oil & basil. Burrata cheese, ripe cherry tomatoes, fresh Italian basil, olive oil and black pepper. A taste of real cheese coupled with a crisp green salad make this dish even more delicious.

2. Grilled salmon with bell pepper mousse. Fresh grilled Salmon, bell pepper mousse, plus spinach fried with butter with aromatic spices. A great mixture of flavours with this fantastic dish.

3. The loafer. A combination of ciabatta, milano salami, provolone cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, romaine lettuce and black pepper. Suitable for the simple, casual atmosphere beside the pool.
